13 is my favourite number so when I saw this blog about compiling list of best 13. Thurday Thirteen I thought I would contribute by offering 13 Best Speeches. I'm sure there are a few deserving ones I am unaware of, or have forgotten, but these talks and speeches each add something most signficant. Also it is hard to place them by order:
